Return/Exchange: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, you are able to return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of your order's shipment date. Items must be in their original form, unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached in order to receive a full refund or exchange. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable unless the wrong item was shipped or the product was received damaged. Refunds will be made in the original method of payment only. Without a receipt, a store credit at current price will be given.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back the returned items.
Are there any items I cannot return/exchange?
Yes, the following items are not eligible for a refund/exchange and will be denied:
*Returns/exchanges received after 30 days of the original shipment date.
*Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.
*Clothing without the original store tag attached.
*Any sale item.
*Any opened beauty products.
*Shoes without the original box.
Returns by mail: In order to have a successful return, please fill out the Return/Exchange Form that you received in your original package, include your receipt and make sure you package the item(s) in its original form with the tags attached.
